Fiber Laser Feet for your PiBurn

Mount your PiBurn on your Fiber Laser, UV Laser or CO2 Galvo laser bed. Compatible with beds that have standard hole spacing of 25mm

Quality Aluminum CNC machined feet for mounting your PiBurn or PiBurn Grip to a Fiber Laser. Note: PiBurn not included. This product includes only feet and all required hardware to mount your PiBurn.

Parts Included:

• (2) Aluminum Feet
• (4) M6x15mm Large Thumb Screws
• (4) M4 T-nuts
• (4) M4x10mm Socket Cap Screws

Mounting:

1. Slide in 4 T-nuts into bottom PiBurn rail Slots (two on each side)
2. Place M4 Socket Cap screws into one of the feet in such a way that the heads of the screws sink into recesses. They should not stick out when mounted.
3. Screw them into T-nuts, don’t tighten all the way, and make sure you can still slide feet.
4. Repeat with the second foot
5. Place Piburn into the desired location and align one of the foot holes with holes in the fiber laser bed.
6. Holding foot in place flip PiBurn around and tighten M4 screws holding the foot you just aligned.
7. Repeat with the second foot, this time making sure that all 4 holes on both feet match the threaded holes on the fiber bed.
8. Flip it over and slightly tighten screws of the second foot, and check the alignment again.  It might take you few tries to do.
9. Once you sure that all 4 holes are aligned, tighten both feet’s to the rail.
10. Secure PiBurn to Fiber bed with included M6 thumb screws.

Tip: For easier mounting, measure the inner distance between aligned feet and cut a square out of wood or acrylic with the same length and use it to send distance between feet.

You can use this one (it’s a rectangle 188mm x 40mm) as a template.
